Brown Devs and Trevion CRM do not claim ownership of any client data stored on the platform.

2. No Sale or Commercial Use of Data

Brown Devs, Trevion CRM, and their employees do not sell, share, transfer, distribute, or commercially exploit client data under any circumstances.

Your business data is never used for lead generation, marketing, advertising, competitive analysis, or any commercial activity outside the services provided to your organization.

3. Authorized Access Only

Brown Devs, Trevion CRM, and their employees do not access, review, or use client data without the client's knowledge and authorization.

Any access, if required, will only occur upon the client's request, approval, or authorization.

4. Confidentiality Commitment

We treat all client information as confidential and take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or access.

5. Data Portability

Your data belongs to you. Subject to applicable terms and technical limitations, clients may request access to or export of their business data maintained within the platform.

6. Legal Accountability

Any unauthorized use, disclosure, sharing, transfer, or commercial exploitation of client data by Brown Devs, Trevion CRM, or their employees would be considered a violation of our contractual obligations and applicable laws.

Clients reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies in the event of proven misuse of their data.
