Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Trevion CRM (operated by Brown Devs). We strive to provide premium sales automation products and lead tracking features to our teams.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Trevion CRM subscription at any time. When you request a cancellation, your workspace and all associated user profiles will remain fully active until the end of your current active billing cycle (Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Annually).

Upon expiration of your pre-paid cycle billing term, your workspace will automatically be downgraded or suspended, and no further charges will be generated. To cancel your subscription, you can contact our helpdesk at contact@trevioncrm.com.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our cloud-hosted CRM services, we provide a 7-day risk-free money-back guarantee for new organizations:

  • If you are unsatisfied with the product features, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the purchase date are not eligible for refunds.
  • Renewal payments of existing active subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. Processing of Refunds

Once your refund request is received and verified by our billing administrators, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be sent to your original method of payment (UPI, NetBanking, or Credit/Debit Card) via our checkout merchant gateway powered by PhonePe.

The refund amount typically takes 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.

4. Service Availability & Suspensions

If we detect any violation of our Terms of Service (including data scraping, automated bulk spamming, or account sharing), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your CRM workspace immediately without any refund.
